Android 10 + 适用于国内各大手机厂商的开放匿名设备标识（OAID），若不支持OAID则须自行生成一个全局唯一标识（GUID）。该开源方案类似于移动安全联盟官网提供的统一SDK闭源方案（miit_mdid_xxx.aar）。
