#China Telecom
    一个电信物联网自主平台的查询接口目前还在编写中，但电信的查询的接口已经可以使用，前提是必须要有自主平台的用户名和密码和密钥。
    使用电信接口是需要安装 execjs ，因为电信给的加密算法文件是一个js文件。。。 不多说了上pip。
    使用restapi公布的服务，我用的是flaskrestful，不喜欢的自己改掉，不多说了上pip，建议uwsgi＋nginx：）
