#### 项目名：微票视界

#### 要求：
    1.提交：只能提交src和pom.xml
    2.项目命名:
        group:  com.movie.ticket.sale
        artifactId:  movie-xxx
    3.Restful风格：    
                查询、获取：GET
                新增：POST
                更新：PUT
                删除：DELETE
    4.double精度问题：
        2位
