# Search Guard 2 and 5 are End of Life (EOL)

Search Guard 2 and 5 are [End of Life (EOL)](https://docs.search-guard.com/latest/eol-policy) and will no longer receive new features, bugfixes or security updates. Please update to Elasticsearch 6.7 or above.

## About this module
This module for [Search Guard 5](https://github.com/floragunncom/search-guard) adds true multi-tenancy capabilities to Kibana. Multitenancy works with ES 5.0.2 and higher.

## Search Guard 6 and higher
For Elasticsearch 6 this module comes already bundled with Search Guard 6. No need to download it separately.
