# PBCom-PyQt5

#### Introduction
The full name of PBCom is PlanB-Com, where Com does not mean communication, but represents serial port (forgive me for being illiterate). The original purpose of developing PBCom was to consolidate my own proficiency in Python while learning the QT module. The "final product" was completed in March, but it was only able to communicate with the serial port. There is no more control in the hard disk. Recently, I have been lying flat for more than half a year. I think I can’t just leave it in such a wasteful place, so I took it out of the warehouse again, and added hundreds of millions of practical functions to it. By the way, the icon of the software refers to network resources, thank you artist Da, if you offend, please contact and delete it. #### Software Architecture
A cross-platform serial communication tool made with PyQt5 and pyserial module


#### Warehouse description

1. This project is developed using VSCode+PyQt5 plug-in under Windows system, and packaged using pyinstaller. QT Creator is not used, so there is no .pro file, but there is a VSCode project file;
2. If you only need to use this tool, there must be something you need in the dist folder of the warehouse;
3. The warehouse provides finished software packages for Windows X86/X64 and Linux X64, which can be run directly;

PS:
1. The Windows platform is tested based on Windows 10, and the known programs cannot run under Windows XP;
2. Under the Linux platform, the administrator needs to be given a full line to use the serial port. The tested software can run normally in Deepin 20.2.2 and Ubuntu 20.04/21.04;


#### Other

1. The code comments are almost connected to the test information of the study and are kept intact, so it may look a little tired;
2. The @*** in the code comment is a custom highlight comment set by my VSCode plugin Todo Tree, don’t bother;
3. The program has completed the repair of all known bugs, and it has entered the maintenance period (stocking period). If you find a new BUG, ​​you are welcome to submit it. I will fix it at a later time when I see it. Finally, you are welcome to join the project maintenance;
